General Delivery Information

We offer free delivery to addresses in England, Wales, and Southern Scotland. If
you live north of the Scottish Central Belt, on a Scottish Island, in Northern
Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, you will be charged extra for delivery.
These charges are determined directly by our courier and not HOTBIN Composting.

UK Delivery Times

We offer a Standard UK Mainland delivery time of 5-10 working days on all our products but this may vary with demand. All UK bound HOTBIN orders are currently shipped with DPD, accessories and parts are shipped with Royal Mail.

Delivery FAQs

Can I track my order?

If you would like to track your order then please leave a mobile number when you checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed.

Once your HOTBIN order has been dispatched you will receive a text message from DPD which includes your tracking details.

DPD will send an estimated delivery date and time slot which can normally be amended if not convenient. 

Please note these are dates and times are only estimates and are regrettably not guaranteed.

Will my order arrive all together?

If you are order multiple products your items may arrive in separate parcels. If not all of your items arrive at the same time, then please allow 3 working days before contacting us - as they are likely on their way to you separately!

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Please have a look at our international stockists page or
contact us and we will provide you with your best delivery option. Please be aware that due to the volumetric size of the HOTBIN delivery can be expensive.

Can my delivery be left safe?

Yes, a signature is not required upon delivery. If you are likely to be out when the delivery is made and wish to provide us with a ‘safe place’ or a ‘deliver to neighbour’ option, we can pass this information onto our couriers DPD Local.

Instructions can be left during order checkout. Orders with specific delivery instructions (eg. 'leave round back') are left at the customers own risk.

Goods damaged on delivery?

HOTBINs are shipped in durable, heavy duty corrugated boxes to ensure that your product arrives in excellent condition.

Should you notice damage after the delivery has been signed for (or left safe), please contact us on 0808 168 8499 or and we will rectify this for you.

Please ensure all original packaging is with the product.
